Charged for the guy literally just banging on the vent. Listed as adjustment. Never got a copy of the invoice when I paid, had to contact the company to request one because I thought the price was high for what he did. When he was here he was explaining the service program and I was considering it till I realized how dishonest the company was when it came to charges.
